When I got my new bunad a few years ago, I got the idea about this site. I wanted to collect pictures and history of different bunads from different parts of Norway, and then put them out on the Internet for you to see. If you want to read more about bunads in general, go to Husfliden as.
I don't have any commercial interest in any of the bunads, nor do I have any information regarding prices or where to buy them.

Almost all the pictures on this pages are private. Some of the information is from Husflidens pages, link always shown.
Since the important thing on these pages are the pictures of bunads, I will try to keep pages easy to load, and not to much fancy stuff. I have chosen not to compress the pictures to much, to keep the quality.
